“We always stay in this hotel when in Brussel and it was all good as always. Just to say they forgot to clean our room when we got there it wasn’t ready after 3pm. Location good, nice and clean hotel breakfast tasty. Staff could be more helpful and energetic. But the place is nice. ”

“Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city.”

“Hotel is centrally located in Brussels (closest metro line is Louise but also extremely walkable if you are up for a little exercise). Hotel is very modern and self check in and out machine… very convenient, rooms are great (we got the one next to the street, which is fine but during like festivals or events, the sound can be bad.. 😅) However two issues staying here recently (at least 1st week of May 2025)… 1. Entire Hotel turned up the heaters so the room gets hot (you can manually shut it……

The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.”
