It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11. “Our stay was lovely for a family of 4. The location is fantastic and the sunset views were amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, but the breeze from patio to the front door was the best! The condo was clean when we arrived; however, we didn’t have access to a broom or cleaning spray-to keep it as clean as I prefer. The beach kit provided was an unexpected surprise and added to the experience. Despite what the ad says about this property, there is a working elevator! No need to haul……
