“This is a beautiful, large house designed and constructed in the 1930s for a wealthy Hilo family. The main interiors are dark wood, with original custom bannisters and similar craftsmanship, and the furnishings are period-correct. The present owners have upgraded in various ways, including adding in-room air conditioning (we didn't need, but it was nice to have the option), retrofitted bathrooms, kitchen, wiring, and similar. “I well recommend this place 100%. Clean, complete with pretty much everything you need including washer and dryer like staying in your own house. nice location, close to restaurant and of course the ocean on your backyard couldn’t ask for more.We enjoyed our stay.
