“We enjoyed our stay at Pono Kai A201. This is a recently remodeled two bedroom two bathroom condo. Perfect for our family of four with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The balcony overlooks the ocean as does the master bedroom. And the location of the condo is protected from the high winds in Kapaa. We appreciated the split AC units during the night. Although there aren’t any laundry machines in the unit, they are nearby in the complex.Thank you!”

“My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Princeville condo during a month long trip to Hawaii where we visited each of the 4 main islands. Of all the great places we stayed, this was probably our favorite. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable boasting awesome views of the ocean beyond the cliff. Very conveniently located to all the beaches and attractions of the north shore. Would absolutely love to stay here again!”

“My first impression of this condo was positive and stemmed from the prompt response to all my queries from Deborah the property manager. The property was well maintained and the inside of the unit very clean. The view of the ocean was awesome. Our group included 3 adults. We wanted a quiet place to call home for the week and this condo was perfect. We enjoyed our coffee on the patio and then set out for our daily activities. Having the grocery store so close was very helpful as we arrived……

“The 2 bedroom unit was built extremely clean and nicely furnished with everything needed for a Kauai condo stay. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. Our bedrooms were comfortable but our tall teens were hanging off the full sized guest bedroom beds. The unit was well maintained except for a guest room door which was clearly broken. Towels and bathroom supplies were plentiful. Location has a far away view of the mountains and a close view of the busy street outside. We……

“The host was out of town traveling so we didn't hear from him until the day before so that was stressful but everything went smoothly from there. Great location and all amenities you'd need are provided with a Safeway nearby. Furniture was made of cane and a but uncomfortable for sitting. Bed was way too soft for us but glad we had a king.”

“Wonderful place to stay with great view! Suggestion to owner was to put a blind over front access door so outside lighting could be reduced. Security lights over front door shined into hallway and bedroom ….Also people could see in even with current window treatment in place ”

“Condo was great. Clean, well equipped. Nice pool near by. No ac….which was no problem with beautiful ocean breezes but the roosters were loud starting at 3am. After our first night the fans provided nice white noise! ”
