“We tried to modify our booking. Vacasa told me to file a travel insurance claim, which was nonsense, I was within the modification window. Communication with them was "canned" and felt like a bot. In the end, they claim I never "confirmed" the change even though I requested it twice. I paid for time that the condo sat empty, and Vacasa could not have cared less. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!! ”

“Mostly a great stay here. The location is unbeatable and the views are terrific. The unit itself is nice though slightly dated compared to some of the newer units in the area. The tv was broken for the duration of our stay, which was a bummer for nighttime movie watching but overall a nice spot. ”

“I can’t say enough good things about this property. It was so beautiful and clean, and the location/ view was absolutely stunning. Sherri was an EXCELLENT host and always replied to my messages in a kind and timely manner. The one thing I didn’t realize is that there’s only AC units in the bedrooms, not in the kitchen/ living room area. Thankfully, the weather was super nice so we were able to keep the windows and doors open for a nice breeze. Thank you Sherri for your beautiful place and……

“Sophie’s home is wonderful and the location is perfect! I had an amazing stay and I recommend this beautiful 1 bedroom to anyone visiting Kauai!The home is well-designed, clean, and spacious. I loved the private outdoor patio to relax with my morning coffee.
