“Such a unique, serene property! Well-stocked with everything we could need. Awesome shower. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchenette clean. Loved listening to the birds in the morning and the rain at night. We were worried about not having AC in June but were pleasantly surprised that the fan and open windows were enough to keep us comfortable. Convenient to Hanalei and Princeville and nearby beaches. Thanks so much!”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cabin and had a great experience overall. We had a few minor issues during our stay, which we were willing to overlook because we enjoyed the property so much. I was expecting insects and other wildlife due to the tropical climate, however we had a little infestation of flies in the smaller bathroom each night to the point where the sink would be covered in them. We avoided using that bathroom, so it wasn't a deal breaker.Also, for having a max guest……

Toni’s property and gardens are pristinely manicured for you to sink into island time and enjoy your stay on the beautiful island of Kauai. My wife and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at the property. It has all of the amenities someone would need, easy 5 min walk to tunnels beach for the best snorkeling on the island, and the best greeter/guard dog out there. We cannot wait to come……

“This was our first trip to Kauai, and though we originally booked a spot down south, we're so glad we made the switch to the more centrally located Coconut Coast. Staying by the river was a dream—kayaks at our fingertips and friendly neighbors on the dock each evening as the sun dipped below the horizon. This treetop cottage is a hidden gem—an incredible value for the price. It’s just minutes from the beach and freeway, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat tucked away in the trees. The lanai……

“We had wonderful time just a short walk from beautiful Moloa'a Beach. Conveniently located to the north and south shores of Kauai. We loved the tropical and peaceful environment. Tony, the host, is a pleasure to interact with. We would definitely consider a return to this adorable cottage.”

It slept the four of us comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked to cook in the evenings, and it is minutes from beaches.”

“This is where my wife and I stayed while exploring the North shore portion of our trip to Kaua’i. I would say this shore is a little slower pace and less congested than the other areas we stayed. It’s kind a short drive to do anything except visit Anini beach which is a very short walk from this property.This is what I would almost call a guest house on this property, the main house is just a short 25 feet away, and is also available on VRBO. Awesome if you have multiple parties wanting to stay……
