“The only downside was that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called the hotel as soon as I get my luggage, waited in the designated zone but after 55 minutes no came. I asked a Hilton honors chauffeur if they were me ride, and as soon as told him I was waiting for Tru, he ask me how long I was waking…He wasn’t surprised and give me a ride to the hotel. Seems Tru have a problem with picking up guests at the airport. And the service ends at midnight and my flight arrived at 11:00pm.……

“I would give this hotel a 5 star BUT you have to pay for parking - the only parking in front of this hotel is owned by a 3rd party - it was a nightmare to scan their QR and wait for the code which took forever and then pay $10 a day - we had two cars (so $40 for both for two days) but still got a nasty note on one of the cars - saying we did not pay and the hotel staff had to deal with that for us.”

“Ther service is good. We arrived very early around 8am and the staffs managed to let us do early check in after doing a quick cleaning when a few persons just check out. I really appreciate that. The hotel is under major renovation right now and I happened to be to stay in the new room. Gas station and grocery store are next door. And there're a Mexican restaurant and Chinese one 200 feet away. ”
