“Great stay. Only 2 critiques: There is quite a bit of street noise, but it's at a busy intersection so what can you really do. The wifi is a tad slow, at least on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, lovely.”

“Our valeted car was scratched when it was returned, but the valet manager didn’t want to admit it, and the hotel manager never showed up and never responded the email. No one cares in the hotel unless charging USD55 valet fee.”
