“Beautiful location! The condo was very spacious and clean! ”

“Quiet,have the whole plece to myself. I feel safe since I am in a yard in someone's home. Light's come on when there is movement around the home.The RV is clean,spacious. It is nice and cool since it's pretty hot outside. Great shower,water stays warm. There wasn't any cooking supplies or pots/pans. The oven/stove is not turned on but the microwave and refrigerator are working well.”

“The house was just as advertised. Back yard was great for our dog.Home was clean and everything worked. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and not the most convenient location, but I never felt unsafe and it was quiet.”

“The home was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. Located in a friendly small town. Many extras included. There are many activities for kids. Our grandchildren had a great time, they would have liked to just stay at the property!. The ferry to Jamestown is very convenient and there is much to see on that side. We also visited the town of Smithfield which is only 20 minutes away. We were looking for a nice slow and relaxing pace and found it. ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The house is gorgeous and we loved spending our evenings on and along the river. There was lots of space for our group of 8 to have their own rooms and bathrooms. Using the ferry (which was only 5 minutes away) to get across to Jamestown and Williamsburg was easy and greatly enjoyed by my children. We hope to stay here again in the future!”

“We took our twin daughters up for a few days to have fun at Busch Gardens. This house was perfect for everything that we wanted! The girls each took a friend, so the 4 girls took over the bedrooms upstairs. We mostly ate at the house & the fully was more stocked than I expected!I don’t even know if I can list any constructive criticism. I was a perfect 3 night get away ”
