(If you visit downtown Franklin before checking in, don't fret about the paper mill. Smells awful downtown, but we could not smell it at all as this property was several miles out of town.)”

We slept in the living room on the dingy futons because the bedrooms smelled so bad. We hoped it wasn't as bad as we thought but the next day we had horrible headaches and congestion.
