“We enjoyed our two nights at this property. It was exactly as described. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. A creek runs along the property and we could hear and see Redwing blackbirds. Also enjoyed walking in the backyard to see the chickens. Very private as it backed up to the Metropark. If we’re in the area, we would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful place with lots to do! We came here for the week because my husband is working close by. We had the best time! Lots of things to do with kids without having a car. Cute little beach to walk to, fishing, kayaking, playset for the kids. Great place for our 9,8 and 6 year old. Place was clean and very welcoming. Emily was so kind and easy to communicate with. Little coffee shop/gift shop and staff was also AMAZING! Would definitely recommend this place! 10/10”

“Overall good stay. Older home that has been mostly renovated - quite nicely on the inside. The outside of the home does not match the inside. Although we had no issues with the neighborhood, the back door did not seem secure even when locked. It was however a perfect location within a 5 minute drive to the BG athletic fields which was exactly what we needed. “This place is huge!! There are so many sitting areas, but our family seemed to mainly hang out in the kitchen and front room. We loved the oven as it baked things quickly and had 3 shelves that helped get everything done at the same time. Everyone was able to have their own bed or futon. We had to search for futon sheets, but found them in the bunk room. We were also able to find the stockpiles of extra pillows in closets.
