“Stayed with friends for a convention, it was a very convenient spot within walking distance! Breakfast was great as far as hotel breakfasts go, and the room was clean and comfortable. Full sized fridge made meals cheaper too, since we could just go to the grocery store and not have to get takeout for every meal. All in all, a great deal for what we paid! ”

I believe it was Vanessa at the front desk who checked us in. she had the most bubbly and welcoming personality! she gave us the run down on parking, amenities the hotel offered, how to get there, and any other questions we had she was insanely ready to help! the night staff was also wonderful! I frequent the iowa city area often and i will definitely be making this a reoccurring spot to stay as well as……

“We frequently use this location for new employees doing training at our office. The rates are good, breakfast included, good location near restaurants and shopping and safe neighborhood. The staff is helpful and I've never had issues with charges or complications with check in. ”
