“When I arrived at the house I was greeted by the beautiful scent of jasmine and magnolia. The front courtyard is so cute - I spent quite a bit of time there. (Despite being up front, it the courtyard is a surprisingly quiet oasis). The flowers and all the birds singing made it so special.The house is so darn cute. Whomever decorated this place did an incredible job. The house was clean and well located. I enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood, and felt very safe. Tom Petty park is close by……

“The place was very nice and clean. It had all the supplies that we would need for our stay. The beds were wonderful. I had no issues falling asleep. The property was also very quiet. I only have one negative and it is not about the townhouse. The pool was clean and felt great I was just disappointed that there were not any chairs so you could lay out. I don't know if that was mentioned in the information or not. We had to go and buy items to lay on.”

We needed a dog friendly place and this is it—the back is fenced so we could let them out while we were back there—so easy. The house was well appointed—nice tile, linens, and fixtures, better than I expected. It is also close to downtown restaurants and pretty close to UF too. “Tiny” home but actually plenty of room.
