“This home has so many amenities and is very clean and well taken care of. There was items like aluminum foil and spices as well as coffee to help our stay be even better. Plus the owners are readily available if you have any issues. There was firewood on the property and the hot tub was hot and clean. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. Will be coming back for sure ”

“We rented after Memorial Day weekend. The cottage was not exactly ‘overlooking’ the lake and the property was actually not well maintained. Lots of overgrowth. The deck was in need of some upkeep and the flower boxes were full of dead flowers. The inside however was great! Beds were so comfortable! Shower drain had a bit of a sewer smell. We did enjoy the sunset as much as we could see between 2 houses across the street. The cottage sits close to the road, up against a steep hillside. ……

“Adorable cottage and beautiful property.We are older and do not have any subscriptions to Hulu or other streaming (things) so we weren't able to watch any TV. We did watch a cpl movies and Paul(the host) was trying to get an antenna hooked up so we could watch the news but that didn't happen while we were there. “Was not there for lake activities, ORV activities. House is just a short drive to the trails and everyone seems very welcoming to the ORV people. Pros, gracious owners who open their property up to guests and pets. I made sure mine were on there best behavior and I picked up all there poop. “We held a (belated) 60th birthday celebration weekend for my mom over Memorial Day weekend. The house was great and the listing accurate. We did have a small issue with our GPS not bringing us to the correct location but we got used to it. The house is on the small side, but we all fit fine and enjoyed our stay. ”

“This was a spot as close as possible to a very good fishing spot. The accommodations were very clean and very comfortable for two married men used to the creature comforts. “It is a beautiful house with many extras. It was listed to have sleeping for 8. Actually I thought it listed to have 10. The bedding was hidden in the laundry room, which we were able to find. One adult was able to sleep on the couch. We found a way to sleep our 8 people but it was a little confusing. The home is definitely large enough to add a bunk bed for children.”

“Ludington was even more fun than we anticipated. They have so many great bars and restaraunts with a very reliable cab system. The location was perfect between beach access and downtown. “We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was large enough for our large family. The only thing that was an inconvenience was sharing the washing machine with housekeeping, but that was minor.
