“Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. “These apartments were definitely an excellent choice. The apartments are beautifully kept and well cleaned. The area provided access to all types of food and groceries. However, the Tesco Extra is a personal favorite and its close walking distance was the best. These apartment were also very close to the city’s main shopping areas. We loved the safety and security provided on and in the properties. We have already decided that we would definitely choose this property or one of their (Kennet)……

“We stayed and on entering were very impressed with the size/decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed as a party of 6. The location was quiet and we didnt see a soul. Had a driveway for parking.
We would stay again as it was perfect for us.
The conservatory would be nice cleared of spare beds and some nice furniture would be a great addition and some outside weeding is needed but these are just picky things, neither affected our stay.

“It was just ok.
Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation.
