“Vacasa sent us directions to the lake house we cancelled instead of the new one on the river, so that caused some issues after driving all day (376 miles). It was upsetting but once i contacted them via text, they verified they made an error and sent the new directions. Still, we wasted a good hour trying to figure out the incorrect directions and everything. Thankfully, the correct cabin was beautiful as were the grounds and the beautiful raging river! It was a wonderful place...once we got……

“Fantastic house and property. Great location. The house was just as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, wonderful views. The home was very clean. Could easily be a 5 star property. Needs some comfortable furniture for that awesome deck other than a picnic table. Also a tv would be nice to watch movies. Alittle close to neighbors but some simple screens would remedy that. A hot tub would be wonderful. Blow dryer in bathroom needed. Overall it is a wonderful property and……

“The property is located in a beautiful spot on the river. It is a peaceful and serene setting. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen we have experienced in q vacation rental. The large dining table is perfect for large groups. ”

“There was one major issue before we arrived to the correct cabin. Vacasa sent the directions to the cabin we cancelled back in March that was on the lake, when we were supposed to receive directions for the riverside cabin. After driving 376.7 miles, we were led on a wild goose chase. We were a caravan of 2 vehicles. The directions were confusing and we spent a good hour locating the wrong place! I had to text and then they apologized and sent the correct directions. We were all a bit upset……

Really close to activities in Wallowa Lake including walking distance to the tram and lake, as well as close to miniature golf, ice cream shop and gift/souvenir shops. Scenic with great views of the mountains and forest—saw very many deer. Really enjoyed the front deck. Would book it again.”
