“The hotel was great. The gentleman and young lady that checked us in were amazing. So kind and willing to help us with any questions we had. The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds. Mini fridge in room. Very convenient to train station and busses. The only reason I gave a 4 was because I asked the cleaning service for new towels after being there 3 days (we did not ask for the room to be cleaned at all while we were there just new towels). He didn’t speak English which is fine so I used……
