“Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. “Our stay in Beacon Hill was fabulous. Check in and communication with our host was flawless. David was quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The location was ideal. Two main subway lines were within 2-5 minute walk for longer destinations and we were able to walk to everything else. Small groceries, numerous restaurants, etc. We certainly had a memorable vacation and enjoyed our stay in David’s rental. ”

“We had a great stay in Boston and the Chester was perfect for our trip. First time in Boston so we did a lot of the usual things, but this location was great to easily connect with bus and train options as we decided not to rent a vehicle. Space was comfortable for group of three - lots of shops and restaurants in the area. We were touring a lot, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, but it was very comfortable and would definitely come back again!”

“Another commenter said small bathroom which is correct. Very small! But still good running water and shower overall. Also the commenter said the bed and sheets are very nice. Yes. Very nice! “A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

“This place was amazing! So cute! Amazing location! It’s right near the park and everything that we wanted to see that was related to Salem was with in an 10 to 15 minute walking distance. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. Checking in was super easy they gave you video directions on how to get in. The host are super friendly, easy to contact and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. I hope to rent again when we come back! ”
