“My cabin was about two feet from the roaring Big Thompson river. That was so cool. Can't imagine if the river was higher. Crazy. At first you think, wow that river is loud, but it lulls you to sleep right away. Everything was comfortable, maybe a little worn, but it was great. A bit expensive too. But the porch swing on the river was really nice.”

“The stay was great. There was no hot water in our shower and the toilet in our cabin was very touchy and would often run continuously after flushing. A giggle of the handle cured the problem but if guests were not cognizant of the issue it would waste a good amount of water ”

“The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded. ”

“During our stay I don't think we had any visits from the cleaning crew. They had an envelope to give tips to them and I thought it was a joke. Overall the cabin was very nice and comfortable.”

“Location was awesome. Very quiet and private. All amenities were available, beds were very comfortable and owner is very nice. Would visit this cabin again in the near future.”

“The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.”

“The cabin was very nice, and clean,loved the decor. There were a few lights that didn’t work probably just needed a new bulb. Beautiful view of the lake just a short walk from the cabin. It’s about a 30 min drive to Idaho springs very beautiful area.”

“I’m from Colorado and have officially found a hidden gem along I-70. We stayed in the Railway cabin and they’re very well maintained. And a comfy bed to boot?! Never happens! It’s a simple set up, but has everything you need for a perfect glamping getaway. We’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend it for anyone trying to escape the city life. We brought our toddler and dog and they both had the best time. Gorgeous property, very helpful staff :) :) Thank you for the great stay!”

“This was our 1st time to Colorado and this cabin welcomed us perfectly! We loved being right on the river. We saw wildlife every day/night - mule deer and elk. The location to RMNP is perfect - close enough to easily access it, yet far enough away to not have terrible traffic. There's a small grocery store very close by, a few restaurants, some souvenir stores, and fishing/sporting goods. The location couldn't have been better for our family. We didn't even miss not having AC, other than our……
