“This property is exactly as listed. The location is great. We were able to visit Boulder, RMNP, Golden and Denver without any issues. The trail out back was great for morning and evening walks or runs. You are only about 15 minutes from Eldorado Canyon SP which offers great hiking for the whole family, too. The host was incredible-answering questions quickly and even ordering a couple of small kitchen items that we asked about while we were there.The neighborhood was nice and quiet and……

“We loved our stay in this clean and spacious 3br / 2ba house. Great air conditioning was a relief to return to during the hot summer days. My husband and I stayed with our 2 year old and his grandma. I regret the pitter patter of his little steps seemed to bother the guests in the basement between 7-7:30 pm but the hosts seemed understanding. Just be aware that you could have guests below you and they can likely hear a lot. We loved the spaciousness of the master suite and kitchen and living……

“Perfect setting for our 4 adult children and their 6mo baby girl to meet up with their brother and his new son here in Boulder! Great location, walkable to Pearl and to 29th st Mall, Appointed like a private home right out of Anthropologie home decor! Adorable back yard to hang out unfortunately it was a pretty rainy week, very organized and specific attention to detail by the owners. ”

“This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. We would definitely book this home again. There is nothing I would improve on. ”

“Loved the place, especially the unique artwork and furniture pieces. Great big room with amazing views! Also beautiful and large kitchen. The one downside is just one small bathroom. Luckily, we only had 3 adults for one night. Would stay here again in the summer to enjoy the outside deck...but it was way too cold this time around! :)”
