“We stayed here for a trip to CU and it was an ideal location, a 3-mile drive to campus & dining options in walking distance. We found parking across the street so didn't have to opt for the $25/night parking garage. The room was spacious and quiet, comfortable beds. “I really enjoyed my stay at Nicky’s. I’m not a lodging snob and as an introverted solo female traveler, I just want a safe, comfortable, non-nonsense, no-frills place to lay my head and to be left alone. My room was clean, warm, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The motel lodging has what I would call a “modern rustic” vibe and that’s what I appreciate.
