“The studio condo we reserved had a last minute appliance issue so the owner upgraded us to a one bedroom and even accommodated an early check in. Everything worked out fine. The condo is next to village and to get to the lifts it’s a quick walk through the village and you’re there. Very clean unit with excellent water pressure and hot water. Plan to come back soon. ”

“The location is incredible. It was my first time to Stratton, and I would love to come back to the area. The fireplace and the balcony is nice. The info provided, communication, and follow-up could have been better, i.e. parking, checkin, pool, location/access, tv issues, etc. Also - I’m not sure why the price was so much higher this Particular weekend than normal costs. I enjoyed my stay, but the price for the value was off. ”

They were respectful, friendly, and attentive to any specific needs in our particular case snow plowing was necessary and everything was clear prior to our depature. The owners were very respectful of our privacy as well.. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“As the saying goes: location, location, location. Our family of 4 stayed here over a long weekend for the proximity to Mount Snow (just 7 miles away) and the proximity to downtown to you walk everywhere. Out the front door (not an exaggeration) were several restaurants and bars as well as the MOOver Bus! Property itself had a comfy living room and the bunk beds & games were a hit with the kids. We’ll be back!”

“We had a mixed experience during our stay at Leah's property. On the positive side, Leah was an incredibly friendly and communicative host. She was quick to respond to any questions, and the location was absolutely fantastic—very convenient and close to everything.However, upon arrival, we noticed the unit wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were stains on the rug, dust on the furniture, crumbs on the coffee table, and a dirty stovetop. The dishes appeared to have been used but weren’t……
