“We loved the charming home in the quaint village of Grafton. The house was super clean & the beds were very comfortable!”

“The house was perfect for my family. Each family with small children had their own space. There was plenty of room to spread out and just enjoy our time together. We did a couple of excursions to Hapgood Lake and Pike Falls which were both close by. Otherwise, we spent the day by the pond and yard. It was fun pointing out all the wildlife with the youngster. A lovely place to make memories.”

“The Barn is a great place for family or friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. We enjoyed a few fire pit evenings and coffee cup mornings talking and relaxing. ”

“The nearly 200-year old Carley Farmhouse nestled amidst the Vermont hills is a real keeper! The natural beauty of the area is stunning, and nature lovers will appreciate the bird chatter, occasional monarch butterfly, starry skies, complete with fireflies in the yard! Gather chairs around the firepit in the yard at night and enjoy it all. Inside, there are several living areas including a small back sunporch that is a quiet retreat both during the day and at night. We didn't end up using the……
