“The title of the listing, "Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions" is a perfect description for this home. The location is super quiet in a good way. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. We didn't interact with any of the neighbors though a number of them waved as they drove or walked by. Definitely a welcoming environment. While it is 'off the beaten path' it is……

“The apartment itself is clean, modern and spacious. The surrounding streets felt safe. We walked to Whole Foods and also explored a bit of the nicely maintained Friendship neighorhood. The owner was kind in allowing us an early check-in, once the cleaner was finished with the unit. We were surprised about the exterior of the building. “If you are not familiar with landscape of Pittsburgh you can be taken back by hills, and driving in streets, how houses are close in proximity. Parking is not a quarantine to be in front of house.We were pleased with house, it served purpose as to visit family. Contact with property manager was wonderful and responded timely.”

“We were in town to visit colleges as my son will be applying this year. This rental had everything we needed. Convenient location and parking. Hassle free check-in, check-out. Walking distance to Butler St. It was freezing while we visited so the hot tub was extra fun and it was so cozy to come into the fire place. The delicious coffee, and Ms. Pac-Man put it over the top. Beds were super comfy. If my son ends up in Pittsburgh, this will be our first choice for accommodations. ”

“Gorgeously appointed and all the amenities you need and then some! And we got to actually meet Slim Forsyth who the place is themed around, so fun and pleasant. Very accommodating to our two dogs. “We were in Pittsburgh for a few days to visit family. The house was perfect for us. Very clean and very well appointed. Location is within walking distance to Butler street which has restaurants and shops. Street parking was easy with open spots always close by. Good communication with host. ”

"After checking in, I found that there were a large area of dirty marks on the sheets in the arranged room. Unexpectedly, I didn't change the new sheets, so I had to ask to change the room! The second is that there is a difference between the charge and the order price. It is obviously more charged, and there is no email reply to the specific standard fee! The location is average and the charge is high, and you can only choose to pay for breakfast! The experience is very bad."
