“This is a perfect place for a multigenerational family stay! I booked this for my son’s graduation from Penn State and stayed with my father and 23 year old son. This is a great option when all the hotels in State College are booked up and Penn State is a lovely 45 minute drive away. My father stayed on the first floor next to the bathroom and we were very comfortable in the bedrooms upstairs. The house is very clean and full of charming touches that appealed to everyone. “Excellent place to relax! Everything was lovely, perfect and simple! Only thing i'd suggest is putting a mirror up in the small A frame cottages and the ability to control the oscillating fan. Definitely will be back!! ”

“Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.”

“Beautiful quaint cabin 15 minutes from Penn State. The hosts are the nicest people. Stayed for the weekend so we could go to the game. Was the perfect place to stay. There’s so much family history in that cabin, was glad we could stay there. ”
