“Location was good if you want to be near downtown. Had a small issue getting into the building, but management responded right away & fixed the issue. Clean studio, extra toiletries, tower fan, & iron & ironing board were nice touches. Bed was a bit uncomfortable & no curtains on the blinds in front of the bed made for a bright room at night with streetlights & then morning sunrise. ”

“Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! ”

“This place worked out very well for my stay in Peoria. It was convenient for getting to the highways, but also had a Kroger and Wal-Mart close by as well. The place was clean and had everything I needed, and my cat adjusted well to staying there for 5 days. I would definitely consider this place again to stay in Peoria.”

“Simple and easy check in. Extra secure entry and exit. Clean and stylish lobby area. Elevator and stairs were easy to access and operate. Beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and tidy apartment. Very warm and cozy. Great natural light during the day and nice and dark at night for a great sleeping experience. Great shower with a nice size bath tube. Easy to use kitchen. Great internet. “This is a newly renovated unit, very spacious for two people. This property is well maintained and kept very clean. The neighborhood is adorable, I walked the surrounding streets and enjoyed some of the quaint older homes decorated for Fall and Halloween. Communication with Joseph was easy and informative. I would stay here again. ”
