“The staff was very friendly, restaurants and any shopping needs were nearby. The MGM with premier entertainment was close by also. The room was very clean, nothing else was needed. ”

“Beautiful hotel with easy access to National Airport. Hotel provides a shuttle to the terminal, but because we had a very, very early flight we had to take an Uber - which worked out just fine. The downside is that the area is very commercial - so if you want to go for a walk after dinner ther isnt much to see - just office buildings and hotels. No restaurants so you have to eat in the hotel. Their restaurants/bar is fine, but menu is a bit limited and understaffed. But the staff were excellent.”

“The check-in Lady, I don't recall her name, was so helpful and courteous - she taught me that going through Expedia, I am not getting Hilton Points...so I now have a choice to make...she also helped me get ice for food stuffs that I had in my car, as I was making a three day trip from Florida to Connecticut - we will stay here again next year.”

“When I checked in to my room, it was not up to par and had a weird smell like something was burning. When I informed the front desk Receptionist Erica- she took care of it right away! She even upgraded my room! Give her a raise! Great customer service!!”
