“Checkin took a minute as usual. Front desk staff though were great and trying their best. Room was clean, soft beds, great bathrooms. Overall grwat experience. Only con was shuttle was not on time, it comes every hour on the 25 minute mark - we were left waiting for over an hour. They share the service withn other hotels so its undeestandable but we waited for a while after a late night flight”

The Area Its Located In… NICE! No Shade Towards The Front Desk, Cooks, Or Cleaning Service… They’re Doing The Best With What The Have To Work With! This Hotel Could Use a Make Over! Seems Old! I Work For A Closet & Cabinet Company Doing Finish Work As Well… This Place Is Old and IF They Have Done Any Renovations… They Hired A……

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

Location is out by airport surrounded by other hotels and offices, but not terribly far from other parts of the city. Glad i chose to stay here. ”
