“Overall it's pretty comfortable. Very private. Location is not the most convenient. Service is very good. There's only one restaurant at the resort. It's pricy compare to most of the restaurants on the island. Food is average. When we first entered our villa, there was a big area of staining on the floor. I asked about it, they told me it was part of the flooring....... ”

“Jacuzzi Suite, paid around 4, 000 baht/night, which the hotel didn't deliver. # we tried to call the reception for few times within two days but no one pick up the phone. # we found there were many mini insects ON THE BED, I killed a lot. # housekeeping was not good. It was not a 4 stars standard. ＃bed sheet condition is not good, and they didn't change it after housekeeping. #breakfast is super Lame. #sea views was fine, but no able for swimming. The staff was nice, but we didn't enjoy……

“This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I had a superior suite which had a balcony straight out into the pool and a view of the ocean and beach. Food and drink were available at an on site restaurant or as room service and very reasonably priced. There was also a few restaurants nearby and a handy 7-eleven”

Their personalities, smiles, and kind gestures have made this one of the best experiences we could ever imagine. “I booked this hotel because of the positive comments, yet I was rather disappointed after having stayed for five nights. No change of bed / pillow sheets everyday. Dried blood stains found on the pillow sheets. Catering quality not even as good as the local restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Massaman curry (one of the main courses of the complimentary dinner) was served with loads of oil. Reception staff were unfriendly (both the male manager on night shift and the female one on……

“酒店職員「屈」我飲咗minibar內的烈酒，我話我根本唔會飲烈酒，佢竟然話:「可能你飲咗但唔記得......我話我只係飲咗beer，完全冇「掂」過minibar內的烈酒，咁不如報警.....最後佢話佢付款了事。奉勸各位，呢間酒店會放「超」多零食及飲料响minibar，價錢好平，所以我都飲咗4支chang beer，但話我飲咗支烈酒就「明屈」，各位小心D。”
