“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“Short visit for our kids to experience NYC for the first time. The space was comfortable and very welcoming. Host was an excellent commincator.”

“This place is a 10/10 for what it is. It's the second floor of a two-story, traditional Jersey City house. Not too many frills, but a homey place to stay if you're looking for a homebase in NJ/NYC. Full kitchen, good-sized bedrooms and a small living room. Parking was easy on the street and its walking distance to the light rail and some cute stores and restaurants.
