“Perfect proximity to the trailheads for hikes at Franconia, and short distance to a few great local restaurants ”

“The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken”

“There was a power outage, The night before our stay and Jenn, keep me up-to-date on the power outage. When the power came back on,she called and let me know!!! The cabin And the property was very beautiful. The cabin was perfect for a getaway in the mountains. Listening to Christmas music and a fire, can’t get any romantic than that!!! And there is so much to do in the area. Sunset Hill was the perfect spot to see all the mountains in their beauty and the Basin, in Fronia notch state Park.……

“We stayed at Ridgeview in January and had a blast. The house was very clean and the check in process was super easy. The distance to Bretton Woods was about 15 min which wasn't an issue at all. Kids loved it and we would definitely book again. Hot tub worked great, needed a little cleaning but overall it was not bad. Would 100% stay here again.John”

“2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!”

“Everything was extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever want, right down to the rolling pins and every kind of appliance. Everything, and again,I mean Everything was terrific, comfortable, cozy, nicely decorated, lots of space, great bathrooms, etc! I couldn't more highly recommend!”
