“I stayed here for close to a month in january, had a great time. The area is beautiful, the cabin was warm and comfortable even in the middle of january once i had the woodstove going, very nice quiet area. You won't see a single person anywhere near the cabin, it was pretty secluded and extremely private, but still reasonably close to some small towns. The hike up to the cabin is awesome, you cross several small creeks through a beautiful forest, there were tracks everywhere from deer, rabbits,……

“The house is very spacious and nice. Beautiful kitchen and dining area. Communication with owner was good. Proximity to town was very good easy access to grocery shopping. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. The beds are also not the most……

“Great location, right at the bottom of Burke mountain, cabin has everything you need for a nice stay. We go for ski, snowboarding, hiking and mountain biking. Close to town and restaurants. We're are always very happy with our stay, kid and dog included! ”

“The mini house came fully stocked with all the essentials. Very clean. We had an awesome stay, i only wish it was longer.”

“We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. There is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably or even put down a drink, the deck had more seating but it is winter. There is only 1 heating zone. So we couldn’t use the large room in the basement because it was to cold while the 2nd floor……

“The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and……
