“The driveway wasn't well cleared for cars that aren't 4x4. So 2 cars had to park outside the property along the road. Beyond that, marvelous place. 5 Stars”

“We were a group of ten. 3’couples & 4 children, ages 11-12. Cabin was perfect for us all. 3 king beds & 2 bunks & double for the kids. The double sided fireplace kept the place cozy & the dinning table for 12 was perfect. Skiing at Bretton woods was fantastic. We would stay there again. ”

“Second time staying here. It's a great place to stay if you want to be an easy, short ride to some awesome trails and you just need a reliable home bass to hang out, get a good, hot shower, make some food, and get some sleep before heading out to do your outdoor activities. Not suitable if you're seeking luxury. But it's a great place otherwise. The owners are planning some upgrades over time, and it was already upgraded some since our last stay. I hope they get a hose out back for bike……

“Enjoyed our stay. Cabin had everything we needed and was very relaxing and quiet. The road to the cabin was a little rough having just finished mud season, but thats alright. ”

“We loved this house by the pictures. However it seems unfinished to be a guest house for people who ski. There is no place to put or hang any of your ski gear. Making us walk on their hardwood floor seemed not thought out. There is not enough seating in the living room for everyone to sit comfortably or even put down a drink, the deck had more seating but it is winter. There is only 1 heating zone. So we couldn’t use the large room in the basement because it was to cold while the 2nd floor……

“This was a beautiful property. Just a short walk from some beautiful falls. The house was perfect for us and the views were wonderful. Great location near wonderful hiking trails. Property owner was responsive and easy to work with. ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room in a very homey atmosphere. It was close enough for us to visit our son and family at their farm in Barnet and they were able to come over for dinner. The home had everything we needed. We loved sitting out on the big wrap around porch. We will definitely be back in the future! Host was available to answer any questions. ”

“The cabin offered plenty of space for 4 adults and has been updated nicely. The snacks, sodas and fully-stocked keurig coffee station were a nice perk! Location was great, only 10 min drive to Bretton Woods. If it continues to be available for winter rental, some extra blankets and insulation as well as a coat rack would be helpful. It happened to be -11 degrees on our first night and not much warmer the second night. The little wall heater units couldn’t keep up, the floors were freezing, and……
