“My family has stayed at this hotel three times now. It has become our go to hotel when visiting my daughter in college at UNI for her college athletic meets. They have a friendly staff who went above and beyond to help our stay be a good one. The breakfast is excellent and the pool, hot tub and fitness center are great perks! “Reasonable price. Swimming pool closed, card enty didn't work, no refrigerator and microwave, calking looked like a two-year-old did it, tub leaked into lower floor as reported by the person staying in lower room, no phone to call to desk, no elevator, and requested adjoining rooms and did not receive. Went down to desk and rang the bell for ten to fifteen minutes before anyone came and then they didn't seem to care. Desk attendent says they will be remodeling in a month but if they're going……
