“excellent service front desk really friendly the only thing my ac wasn’t working but I didn’t use it. and the room phone wasn’t working either everything else excellent exciting to go back”

“It was a great place for what I needed. I was in-town visiting UNI nearby and just needed a room for the night. It was overall okay, there were many buckets around the hotel for dripping water, but was basic for what I needed. ”

“Nice place, but not much to do in the area as it was connected to the convention center where nothing was going on. Walking distance to Dan Gable Museum. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet until some very loud people moved in next door. We called the front desk and they handled it immediately with no problems after. Good breakfast. Pay parking in parking garage across the street.”
