“While it is a pretty raustic cabin; there were several issues that needed to be fixed pruir to someone staying here. The stove started the smoke dector the minute we tried to use it. The toilet leaked. There are also two campers on this property so please be aware if you think youll be alone. We were thankful no one was staying in them. But all in all it was a good stay. If we had the time my fiance would have offered to fix eveyething for them! The offer is there though! ”

“Accurately described, clean and remote! Great place to unplug.”

“Great place for people to stay, little bit of road riding for sleds to get to trails but not bad.”

“The owner were very friendly and helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We had a beautiful view of the lake along with a boat ramp to launch our boat. Caught a nice batch of blue gills. We had free access to dockage, kayaks and sauna. Even a nice fire pit and beach to enjoy. One of our best vaca’s yet! We will definitely come back!”

“we stopped here on our way up from the lower peninsula to porcupine Mountain State Park. Nice little restful spot to chill out on the beach and enjoy the lake and sauna. We loved that there were paddle boards and kayaks available for us to use. Awesome sunset spot.A fire pit available, but we did not use it. but really not too loud or disturbing. Easy check-in. “Our stay was for a sxs trip. Plenty of parking for our 2 trailers and trucks, property is right on an ORV route, the trails were fantastic in this area. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Had everything that we needed (please, need a better can opener though). Host even provided coffee, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Cons: The loft bedroom isn't really private and the steps going up are quite steep. Overall I would definitely recommend this cabin and wouldn't hesitate to……

“We booked the house for my husband and friend and I to go snowmobiling. We were unsure about riding across the lake so each day we trailered to gas station ea day and left from there which was perfect as the trail was right there. The house was fully stocked and comfortable with big driveway turnaround for our 2 snowmobile trailers. Communication was excellent with our hosts.Thank you!”
