“While it is a pretty raustic cabin; there were several issues that needed to be fixed pruir to someone staying here. The stove started the smoke dector the minute we tried to use it. The toilet leaked. There are also two campers on this property so please be aware if you think youll be alone. We were thankful no one was staying in them. But all in all it was a good stay. If we had the time my fiance would have offered to fix eveyething for them! The offer is there though! ”

“Stayed here for my student's graduation from Michigan Tech. Unlike many properties in the area, all the bedrooms and baths were on the same level, which was important for an elderly family member. There is a nice view of Keweenaw Bay. The house is comfortable and well-appointed. It suited our needs nicely.”

“The home is clean, quaint and exactly as listed. The dock and screened in porch is a great attribute to the great outdoors, mosquitos are God awful up here, but the pure beauty is worth every it. Neighborhood was very peaceful no issues whatsoever, pet friendly. The owners were very accommodating as our little trip was spur of the moment. So many memories made, sights seen and trails rode! Thank you for the wonderful place to come back to after a long day. ”

“We were in the area to visit family and friends. The cabins were central to the area and allowed us to try something new. They are located in a very quite area with several cabins located adjacent. The weather was nice enough to have only the screens in the window to enjoy the weather. The host for the campground came to greet us when we arrived and made sure we knew about cabin and how to use items within the cabin. If you have the chance go and visit.”

“The owner were very friendly and helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We had a beautiful view of the lake along with a boat ramp to launch our boat. Caught a nice batch of blue gills. We had free access to dockage, kayaks and sauna. Even a nice fire pit and beach to enjoy. One of our best vaca’s yet! We will definitely come back!”
