“If you want a romantic get away, back to nature. This is paradise. My husband and I came for our anniversary. We work in the city, only had a night to get away. This place has everything. Enjoying a Jacuzzi in a tree house, on a lake is absolutely the coolest thing. The past reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. The hot water is awesome, follow instructions. If you don't like squirrels don't book a tree house. Everything was absolutely perfect. We wanted to get away from the city. This……

“We stayed at the Blue Heron with a few families and their kids to celebrate my late dad’s birthday. Each family was able to have their own space, and the back patio was perfect for the babies to have a kiddie pool, and the lake was perfect for the older kids to swim. We loved the lily pad, and yard for family relay races. Would love to come back to the Blue Heron! ”

“Fishing was great. I am a senior with limited mobility. It was perfect. I fished from the balcony, caught over 100 fish in 3 days. A lot of nice-sized blue gills and sunfish. Several nice catfish. I catch and release, but there would have been more keepers than I could have needed. Quiet, well stocked with basic needs. Easy check-in and good instructions. Will definitely go back”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Boathouse; I will say I wasn’t 100% sure from the pics and descriptions what we were walking in to but just needed a place to sleep and fish with the family for the weekend.The boathouse only has 1 full bathroom in it, which is located downstairs (shower, sink and toilet) - we never did try the other bathroom and were comfortable sharing the 1 between the 3 of us.Also downstairs is the only true bedroom; the king bed was comfy but little cramped fitting into the……

“We were in town for a wedding. Lovely property. The weather did not cooperate so we didn't get to use the pool and spa. It's a lovely location on the lake. Ski and boat slips were available. The owner was easy to work with and communicated frequently in the app. The neighbor was a little loud early in the morning but hopefully that is just while he is working on his dock. Would love to come back when the weather is better so we can explore the lake. ”

“The place is very cute, Brandon was wonderful accommodating us with all our questions and even allowed us to check in early. Unit has 3 air conditioning units inside the cabin. Only 1 of these units were able to cool down the center room. The other 2 units slightly blew cold air but not enough to make a difference. We followed the a/c instructions in the booklet, but couldn’t get the tiny home to cool down. It was 85 at night inside while we slept. At 11:30 at night we ran out and purchased fans……
