“First of all, very impressed with everything provided in the cabin pretty much everything we can think of was already there so we definitely overpacked.. The property was amazing crossing down into the river in the backyard with the fire ring was especially a very cool experience. The big side property was great for a little wiffle ball game with my nephew…. Close by down the road was a nice hike to the fire tower. Overall, an excellent experience. Big plus on Wi-Fi since there’s zero cell……

“This charming little loft was the perfect escape. It was exactly as described — beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredibly peaceful yet still close to the highway and town. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit, and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer.”

“Very well equipped. Cute cabin with plenty of space. Check in was very easy. The shower is a little tricky to step in and out of but it worked fine. Everything very clean.”

“Nice space, perfect soaking tub, two fire pits! Grill and pizza oven. We enjoyed peaceful star filled evenings. Quiet nights and baby deer running around in the mornings. Local goat sanctuary is a must for a hike with the goats. Reasonably close hikes, to waterfalls and swimming holes, check if you need a permit, the water was ice cold at first, perfect for the weather, we spent a while there, then back for some grilling!We enjoyed the stove and record collection. We were a family with a guest……

“We had a lovely getaway weekend - the cabin is lovely, had everything we needed, and was super clean. The outdoor space is idyllic, and the sounds of the elusive waterfall make a lovely background. We especially loved the outdoor shower and watching the hummingbirds.”

“The cabin was so comfortable, and just as described. We all remarked on how comfortable the beds were, and the abundance of pillows to choose from for a restful sleep. The location was perfect, and the property was just beautiful! We loved waking up to bird song - such a variety of birds to hear and photograph! Rhona, our host, was very prompt and courteous in responding to any communication and/or questions. It's always great to get away with family and friends, reconnect, and just enjoy each……

“Minetta's cabin was sensational in every way. Tucked in the middle of the woods and ultra quiet. A lot of thought went into the decor of the cabin with beautiful artwork throughout. Extremely comfortable, clean and functional with every amenity one could ask for. Stone Ridge is a lovely little town just minutes away as is Rosendale just a little further out. We had a terrific time and hope to return.”

“Excellent stay at Mossy Moody Cabin for two couples! Very clean and very quiet. Convenient to town and nearby towns. Two deer came by to check on us before we left! Communication with host was very good. ”

“The property is amazing. The decor is adorable. You really feel like you're at home as soon as you walk in the door. The house is CUTER in person, the pictures do not do it justice!
