“Lisa was very friendly and responsive. There was a very sweet cat on the property however there was no hot water for longer than 7 minutes in the shower. No firewood for the fire pit or coals for the grill which was fine we just didn’t know before hand. One of the burners in the hotplate doesn’t work as well so it took a bit longer to cook. ”

“Great communication with host. Stayed one night for event at Arrowood Farms (only 10 minutes away). Clean , nicely decorated studio with plenty of light. Lovely yard. Close to all local attractions and dining. Large shower. Great towels and toiletries.TV and A/C worked well. Appreciated the drinking water.Really cozy studio. “The home is just as described. Kitchen was large, allowing lots of space for multiple people to work at the same time. The dining room provided more than enough space to play games and eat at the tables. The living room is one of the coziest I've encountered at rental house. It has lots of soft seating and a fireplace.We brought some of our own kitchen supplies along(serving spoons) and were glad to have them. The second floor bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms while there is one bathroom on……

“We had a great time- wish host had been a bit more responsive about whether we could do early check in, but we got in fine and the house is even better than the pictures. If you want to cook/bake, bring your own things because there are random kitchen things and basic staples but not everything you’d think. The view is GORGEIOUS and we love Woodstock. The hot tub was clean and relaxing and the beds were comfortable! Wish there was a TV in the living room but we got cozy in the one bedroom that……

“Beautifully renovated old farm house on the banks of the Wallkill River. With the modern addition, there was plenty of room for our 9 family members with lots of interesting spaces to explore. We particularly enjoyed the firepit with plenty of seating for everyone, the many different tree species and the view. The farm sits in a bend of the river with open vistas for watching wildlife or just resting your eyes. We arrived just in time to meet the owners as they were leaving. They had come to……
