“My biggest complaints would be that there were dirty dishes in the cupboards so I ended up washing most of them before using them. There were several lights out or not working in the apartment. The kitchen is very small which is okay but not well pictured in the listing. No extra toilet paper just the single half roll you get when arriving. “Needed a place close to VCU for a series of medical appointments and this place was really close and super nice. Truly the gem that they advertise it as. The fenced in yard is nice to have and we were convenient to everything we wanted to do. The idea was to be able to leave the car parked there and Uber to the doctor each day and all the attractions nearby and the plan worked beautifully. ”
