“First trip to the Berkshires and we wanted a spot with easy lake access as well as good access to many towns. This house had that, you just can’t walk anywhere from the house, or take a walk bc of the road it is on. It is clean and well-appointed. Mattress in one bedroom is a bit wobbly, but other beds comfortable. So great to be able to bring dogs. It is not directly on a lake(have to cross the road), but does have easy access that is a 5 minute walk to a sweet little private beach with nice……

“This is a beautiful mid century modern house! The windows in the main room are huge and really fill the room with light, and the couch is large and comfortable. The whole space was very clean, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and the office provided a nice private place to take a zoom meeting or two. Comfortable beds, a pretty three season porch, and it was a perfect relaxing retreat for two teachers looking for peace and quiet on their spring break.”

“We had our family Thanksgiving at this home and it was a great time. Enough space to cook a Thanksgiving meal, have a baking contest, play board games, and relax. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone commented on how well they slept. More than enough bathrooms and showers with hot water for six people. Close to Great Barrington and Stockbridge for some small town vibes. Overall a great stay!”

“Rainbow Haven is quaint, quiet, private, clean, well-appointed and perfectly located. We were 2 families with kids ranging from (8-10) and a 1yr old Rhodesian Ridgeback - we thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sharpe’s place. Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, comfortable bedding and gracious common-spaces. We had lunch in Lenox at Zinc bistro (yum). We will definitely be returning. . ”

“This was an exceptional spacious lake house with fantastic views of Otis reservoir! Clean clear water. You can walk down to the dock. We saw a bald eagle from the large deck. We were 9 adults, and we all had plenty of space with everything we needed! Lots of hiking spots nearby. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Open-plan downstairs with spacious kitchen, two dining areas, amazing sectional that fit all of us for movie night. Great fireplace where we enjoyed a couple fires.”
