“There are many small, single room,camp-like former motels in the Berkshires. Many tend towards shabbiness and neglect— not this one! “Room was great, service friendly and helpful. We arrived during a snow storm and parking was easy and snow was shoveled and ground throughly salted which was much appreciated. Only disappointment was the continental breakfast. It was lackluster and just like you’d get at a Hampton inn. We are also disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner Sunday night. ”

“Our one night at The Constance recently (February 2025), was fantastic! The inn is warm and welcoming, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with lots of vintage charm and all the comfy, modern conveniences one would expect. We absolutely loved it!
