“My family had to come to the area due to a death in the family. There was room for everyone to both come together and have space alone when needed. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games immensely, but our favorite time was spent on the deck chatting and watching the sun rise and set over the bay. The property managers were responsive and caring, and when we inadvertently left a family heirloom have been great about locating it and working with me to get it back to our family. ……

“The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. Whenever I do come back to Houston, I'll definitely look the house up again. Thanks you so much for allowing us to stay! ”

“Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Good communication with owner about questions, quick answers.”
