“This property was a great home base for our son’s multi-day fencing tournament at the Convention Center. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of room for our family of 3. It would be great to have a few throw blankets for the living room and extra blankets for the bedrooms; otherwise, we were very happy with our stay. ”

“PROS: Brand new, extremely clean, open and bright floorplan that had great flow. Even though it looks like a tiny home, it's surprisingly big...especially the kitchen. It's also pet friendly with a nice fenced yard. Location is fabulous within minutes from downtown. You can't walk to restaurants, but many hotspots are only a 5-10 min car ride. The host allowed us early check in which was very nice, and the price was right. CONS: I wanted so badly to give five stars because of the numerous……

“Worked for what we needed. Neighborhood was the only downfall. Host communicated quickly for easy check in/out and answering questions. ”

“We were getting together to chat and catch up and the house was great for that. My dog liked exploring the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Allen provided all the information needed prior to check in and it was a breeze.”

“We were allowed early access to the house which was appreciated. We were there for less than 24 hours so did not use the ample back yard or hot tub. An older home with it's quirks. The temperature in the house was a little tricky to regulate but manageable. The upstairs TV did not work I believe because there was not a remote that we could get to work. We appreciated the coffee for our early am check out. ”

“Overall this spot was great. For some reason the hot tub had an error and wouldn’t heat up. Was really looking forward to the hot tub. The bed was extremely comfortable and Allen was great. ”

“Went to Charlotte for a wedding with 6 other family members. The property itself was nice and looked just like the pictures. The house had everything we needed and adequate space. The owner was very nice, responsive and always accommodating. I would book again for sure.”
