“This property worked out really well for 10-12 of us to celebrate a nephew's graduation at Rollins College. Lots of bathroom space helped! Shower pressure was fantastic--noted by several of us independently. The large 2nd floor patio made a great outdoor living space. Owner was a timely communicator, and we had no issues during our stay. The location is great for downtown Orlando events. It was a convenient 15 minute drive to Rollins College for graduation. The neighborhood has some great walks……

The property managers are very nice and friendly. It seems that many people speaking Spanish in that area. I am thinking to learn some simple words of Spanish for next time to stay there. ”
