“Convenient. It was not the property I booked or that I saw on pictures. I got a different property on the 1st floor not the one listed. Also the master bathroom shower handle wasn’t working so we didn’t have warm water”

“Process of booking and communication with host was very easy. Host responded very fast to messages. The condo complex was nice and close to the entrance. A little noisy because of that but not terrible. The place was clean and comfortable with only minor wear and tear. Had to go out for an extra toilet paper roll, there was only one. Also could have used an extra blanket as our first night was cold at night but no extra linens. Also couldn't get the roku remote working but we have the roku app……

“Stayed in the condo for over 3 months while i recovered from a medical situation. I had 5 different groups of friends who stayed in the condo to help oversee my recovery. They all were very comfortable with the accommodations and access to the amenities at Ventura Country Club, the convenience of having Orlando Int'l just a 15 min drive away, and all the quality nearby restaurants. I couldn't have asked for better accommodations at such reasonable rates. Debbie is a very responsive and……

“Do not waste your time with this fake listing. I’m still waiting on VRBO to refund me for this terrible situation. The owner never sent instructions on accessing the property, nor did they respond to customer service requests to obtain the info. Yes hurricane Nicole was blowing through Orlando, but the owner never responded nor sent any information when I requested it 4 days prior to the booking date. I should have known something was fishy when they never responded to my specific questions……

“I loved this little property! It was cute and had some vintage elements to it making it special! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant! I didn't experience any issues, but if i did, the owner would have been easy to communicate with. The location for my purposes was great! The park across the way was nice. Overall great spot!”

“Family enjoyed stay at condo. Spacious and easy to find. Little suprised at lack of supplies. No cleaning products to wipe down counters or glass dining table and only two extra garbage bags. Manager very responsive to questions and no issues getting on property or in condo. Would suggest more explanation on key cards: one for the pool which we figured out pretty easily but no idea on the other. Price point was fair. ”

“Perfect for a couple. Nice price. Pics are accurate, loved the location, a nice quiet complex. Pool was literally right out the back patio door. Very clean, and the Hostess was very helpful for our first VRBO. Its a great place if you want to be close to everything, but avoid all the hustle. Lots of restaurants and such within literally 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“My 27 year old daughter stayed with myself, and my two other children (ages 12 & 15) and it was amazing. I felt it was a safe location for any of my children to walk to lake Eola (or ride the scooters. The electric scooters are literally located everywhere you look in the business district. This was an amazing find and I will definitely book a stay here again come this summer.”

“My daughter and I stayed here while attending my daughter’s cheer competition at Disney world, D1 summit. While it was an about 40 mins away to get to the parks the drive wasn’t terrible. The tiny home was perfect for the two of us. It was definitely as described “tiny” but actually had more than enough storage and room for both of us, and we come with a lot of stuff. The house was cleaner than most 5 star hotel rooms we’ve visited this cheer season while traveling. We didn’t get to enjoy most……

"This hotel bed have ‘bad bug’ . My legs and whole body right now all little red rash. And very inch. I don’t know how the get so many good reviews. Don’t trust this hotel . The old lady at front desk try to charge me $20 for parking per day . The machine shows only $6 if you pay parking by self .after I show her my book includes parking . She stop talking . "
