“This hostel is very good. The receptionist was here til midnight and he is very helpful. The room is bigger than we thought and it is comfortable. Warm water for the shared shower is not enough at night when everyone wants to take a shower. May need to wait a little bit longer, but the bathroom is tidy. The kitchen is quite small, but equipped which is very good. Free biscuits and drinks are plus!”

“After a long journey, I arrived in Vienna and headed to the hotel for check-in, only to find out that the hotel owner had sent me a message explaining that another guest had booked the last available room before me.
