“Had an amazing time at this Bed and Breakfast. The owners were fabulous hosts. Very friendly, made us feel welcomed, and was very flexible with our schedule. Enjoyed our talks with the hosts. Wonderful breakfast and lovely Old Home! Would absolutely recommend and stay there in the future. ”

“Our company came out for an event to do as a vendor. The hotel was good about letting us check in late & check out late. We even left some of our equipment in the room & they held it for us for an entire week until we could make it back there to get it The location was amazing, right on the beach & by the boardwalk. The offered free breakfast. The waffles were amazing, but the chocolate filled doughnuts were to die for, although I should have had the fruit and yogurt. We were able to get coffee……

The home is huge and great for any configuration of friends or family and in walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. “Super, super cute mid-century mod renovated cozy house, walking distance to many things in Colonial Beach. Located just off the main road, this is a great stay. Very comfortable, so beautifully decorated, and great outdoor space. The neighborhood is a little strange because it's a mix of a lot of older homes, located behind a 7-11, BUT it is just a humble area and we felt safe. We were glad to be close to a good coffee shop (Love Bites) and a few restaurants. Easy short walk or drive to the……

“All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. ”

“Facility was nice but needs updating. Minor issues in the room and notified the staff but no action taken while I was there. No daily house cleaning. Breakfast was okay but only had a pot of coffee available and sometimes no coffee in the pot. Staff was not pleasant…cordial but not happy or smiling. ”
