“The staff were very friendly and the front area was nice and clean. The room was very clean and very nice. We could hear traffic outside of our room the next morning but nothing too bad. “It’s in a fantastic area, hotel is very nice. Our first room, air conditioning was extremely loud so we moved to another room, however that room air conditioner was leaking and carpet was wet. But they were very understanding. ”

“The staff are very friendly and professional and our hotel room was very nice. Check in and out were super easy. The location of the hotel is awesome near shops, lots of restaurants and access to the Big Creek Greenway trail is 0.6m from the hotel. One of the lifts was out of commission for more than a day of our stay and the lifts were rather slow so that took quite a bit of time to go up and down to leave the hotel/ come back in. Breakfast was ok but the hot food didn’t look very appetizing;……
