“What didn’t I love about the Flats? Besides the aesthetic, cleanliness, the water pressure in the shower, the magnificently comfortable King bed with cloud like sheets, the cold bottled water in the fridge, the selection of teas and coffees, timely communication, and easy check in/out, it might be safe, easy street parking or the beautiful building on a tree lined street and 1 block walk to a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store. There’s so much to love! This will be my go to every time……

“Cute apartment that was within walking distance of pretty much everything we needed and lots of great places to check out. We only had a couple issues but they could be because of our extended stay. It was difficult to bring all our stuff to the third floor (that wasn’t in the description) and the laundry schedule wasn’t easy for us to work with. There weren’t any cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves so I had to purchase some. However, everything else was great.”

“Our stay was lovely. Even though it was downstairs there was a lot of light shinning in from the windows. Very spacious. When my husband was with our son, I felt comfortable by myself. We took towels, kitchen items and some food with us. The kitchen actually had enough pots, skillets, and utensils that a visitor would need. Also, plastic containers for left overs were there. Beautiful area. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how thoughtfully planned and newly decorated the space was — bright, cheerful, and full of charm. Everything was immaculate and spotless, and the studio had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The fenced-in yard was a huge plus — perfect for our dog to enjoy safely.
